Brandon Black

The definition of an artisan, Brandon is the maker behind Karv. His skills transcend across modalities, crafting in a variety of materials and product types. Woodworking, art and sculpture are his language, his hands are his tool. Trained as an industrial designer, Brandon's strengths lie in understanding design intention, problem solving and giving a piece form in the physical world. His creativity is matched by his care; dedicated to craftsmanship, detail and creating pieces that are deeply personal to those they are made for.

Jackie Black

An interior designer by trade, Jackie has an eye for elevated design, thoughtful detail, and a gift for creating transformation. Her strength lies in seeing possibility, whether translating an idea into a physical object or bringing individual elements together to create a cohesive whole. At KARV, Jackie understands the designer’s perspective and thrives in the collaborative process, where ideas are challenged, refined, and reshaped. She believes the strongest work emerges when different perspectives push one another further, creating something no one person could have arrived at alone.
